The Beltline Proposal

Formed by concerned citizens, the BeltLine Neighbors Coalition is carefully monitoring the proposals for development and funding generated by consultants to the Atlanta Development Authority on BeltLine.

Development plans have been created for different parcels by the Northeast Atlanta BeltLine Development Group, a group headed by Wayne Mason, and by Trammell Crow Residential.

Atlanta’s mayor, Shirley Franklin, has appointed a BeltLine Transit Panel to review transit options and to offer recommendations, which are forthcoming. The mayor has also created the BeltLine Partnership to bring together stakeholders.
