Rezoning/Developers Initiatives Committee

Goals and objectives:

  • Heighten awareness of existing Mason zoning applications and ensure affected neighborhoods have clarity around the potential impact
  • Where possible, slow down rezoning application process for all proposed sections until a substantive and agreed upon transit and development plan has been adopted by the City

If you are interested in participating on this committee, and have time and energy to commit (and any special expertise), please contact committee chairs Anna Copella, John Craft (Rezoning/Mason Group) or John Hayden (Rezoning/Trammell Crow).
