  • Exhibit C — Development Guidelines. Transit-supportive densities (from Development Guidelines, pg. 19) state, "Transit-supportive residential densities should generally be between 10 and 15 dwelling units per acre within 1/4 mile of the transit corridor." Liz Coyle, (her title), adds, "This is the standard used by regional transportation authorities, including ARC and GRTA. The TAD feasibility study used the same standard and these same numbers were used by EDAW during the redevelopment planning sessions."

    • ARC Preliminary Report on the Mason Group's NE Atlanta BeltLine DRI. This report was opened, May 25, 2006 It is currently under review. The ARC is seeking comments. ARC's preliminary finding that the NE Atlanta BeltLine development proposal "is not in the Best Interest of the Region, and therefore, of the State" begins on p. 3 of the Preliminary Report Summary (which may correspond to p. 6 in the pdf download below [There are three reports listed below - which is it?]). See pp. 5 – 7 for best land use, transportation, environmental and housing practices.
